Return & Exchange Policy
At Sport Shop of Hot Springs, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for in-store credit or exchange only.

• Receipt must be presented at the time of return.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Customized, personalized, or special-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• In-store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.
